Alexa is an associate in Hanson Bridgett's Los Angeles Office. Alexa focuses her practice on labor and employment matters where she has represented employers in claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination and wage and hour violations in both state and federal court. She also provides advice and counsel to employers on compliance issues, such as employee classification, and also provides compliance tools to her clients, including personnel policies and handbooks.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexa worked at a high profile plaintiff's firm where her practice focus was employment litigation including single Plaintiff FEHA discrimination claims. Her experience on the other side of the 'v' gives her a unique and critical perspective in defending her clients.
