Alley focuses her work on commercial finance, real estate development, and corporate matters. As a summer associate, she assisted Dinsmore attorneys in the practice areas of commercial finance, real estate development, general litigation, and labor and employment. She received her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as the Executive Article Selection and Symposium Editor of Volume 126 of the West Virginia Law Review.
