Allison Norie is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She advises domestic and international clients on all legal and regulatory aspects linked to the formation and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a particular emphasis on complex, structured UCITS.

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019 and joined Arendt & Medernach in July 2017.

Education
Allison holds a Master’s in Finance from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Luxembourg.
