Profile
Andy Robinson is a Senior Vice President in the Valuation Advisory group. He has extensive experience providing a broad range of business valuation and financial advisory services for public and private enterprises.

Andy’s experience includes the valuation of debt, equity, and derivative instruments (e.g., stock options and warrants), enterprise valuations, and intangible asset valuations for financial reporting (e.g., purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and mark-to-market valuations of portfolio companies), corporate strategic planning, estate and gift taxation, shareholder disputes, and other tax, corporate, and litigation matters. His experience spans a diverse client base, from regional middle market businesses to multi-billion-dollar international enterprises, private equity and pension funds, law firms, and accounting firms.

Prior to joining Stout, Andy worked as a plant engineer and in various supply chain roles for a multinational apparel manufacturer.
