Anna Bukvych has a track record with over 10 years of experience working for both international and local law firms. Anna’s experience includes advising national and multinational companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate capital markets transactions (equity and debt), private placements, investments, reorganizations, obtaining clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) and corporate governance issues.
During her career, Anna has participated in the most complex multijurisdictional corporate transactions, including corporate finance, Eurobonds issues and pre-IPO restructuring, as well as advising local and international clients on various corporate matters. Anna’s legal background includes providing advice on corporate governance to ‘blue chip’ companies, including state-owned enterprises in Ukraine and government bodies.
