Profile
Anna Crivelli is a Senior Counsel in Buchalter’s Sacramento office and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Ms. Crivelli’s practice focuses on banking and financial services regulation, with an emphasis on consumer finance and regulatory compliance. She has significant experience in counseling financial institutions regarding federal and state laws and regulations governing consumer financial products and services.
Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Crivelli advised commercial real estate developers and investors on complex real estate transactions, commercial leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. She is adept in the drafting, negotiation, and review of various corporate documents and real estate contracts, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, finance documents, easement agreements, subordination/non-disturbance agreements, CC&Rs, indemnity agreements, and other contracts.
Ms. Crivelli also has experience in counseling companies on corporate formation, governance, and dissolution, and in advising clients on legal issues arising under federal and state tax laws and employee benefits.
Ms. Crivelli externed for the Honorable Larry R. Hicks of the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and for the United States Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration. She has been named by Best Lawyers to their 2021-2024 “Ones to Watch” list in Corporate Law and a 2022 Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. Ms. Crivelli has been recognized as one of Sacramento Magazine’s Top Lawyer in the area of Business/Corporate Law since 2021.
