Anna Lee Alford represents owners, developers, investors, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions. Her transactional experience involves leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development and construction, lending and finance, partnerships, joint ventures and funds, land use and entitlements, environmental, insurance and ancillary services.

Anna Lee also represents commercial lenders in senior secured, mezzanine, and second lien debt transactions. She documents and negotiates term and revolving credit facilities in connection with leveraged financings, cash flow financings, asset-based financings and real estate financings.

Anna Lee received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law. Prior to law school, Anna Lee attended Auburn University, where she received a B.S.B.A. in International Business (cum laude) with concentrations in Economics and French, and an M.S. in Finance.
