Aoife is a senior associate in the firm's Employment group and advises employers from a range of sectors on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Aoife has represented employers in complex employment litigation before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and High Court. She has particular expertise in advising on internal HR processes, workplace disputes and workplace restructuring. Aoife has also worked on a number of high profile employment investigations.
