Andre Symington is an Executive in ENSafrica’s Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue department.

He has acted for various large financial institutions and specialises in corporate recoveries, business rescue, insolvency, banking law, and the restructuring of debt and security.

Andre has experience in a wide range of insolvency related court proceedings, including liquidation and sequestration applications, applications for the perfection of securities and applications brought on behalf of liquidators for the extension of their powers. He has also held several insolvency inquiries.

• Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
