Callie Cochran is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

Callie received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was the managing editor of the Alabama Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board and Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. While in law school, she also served as a member of the Entrepreneurship & Nonprofit Legal Clinic. Callie earned a B.A. in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Alabama.
