J. Tayler Fox, an experienced litigation and real estate attorney, recently joined Durham Jones & Pinegar in the Litigation and Real Estate Groups. Mr. Fox brings more than eight years of experience to benefit his clients, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar.

His extensive background includes successful representation of clients in real property law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, loan workouts, default collections, foreclosures, title disputes and lender liability and foreclosure litigation defense. He also represents titles insurers and has represented major lending institutions at both trial and appellate levels.
