His practice areas include constitutional, administrative and regulatory law. Juan is also very experienced in public procurement, public contracts and public-private partnerships, as well as in regulation of public services; specially, gas, electricity and communication. He has also wide experience in constitutional and public law litigation and judicial review.
Juan is a professor of administrative and regulatory law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and at the Universidad Católica Argentina. He is professor in postgraduate administrative law courses of Universidad Nacional de La Matanza, Universidad Nacional de La Plata and Universidad Nacional de Tucumán. He is also professor in the School of State Lawyers and in the Specialization on Public Law Program of the City of Buenos Aires. Juan is also associate professor in the Specialization in Administrative Law of the Universidad de Belgrano and in the University of Business and Social Sciences.
Juan Antonio has been recognized by Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.

Juan Antonio obtained his Law degree with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2001). He is a specialist in Administrative Law and Public Procurement (2007).
