Alyssa Barksdale is an associate in Bradley’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property procurement and enforcement and intellectual property transactions. On the patent side, Alyssa has over seven years of experience prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in a range of mechanical and electromechanical technology areas, including automotive technology, home appliances, and medical devices, with several of those years including management of patent applications in both these various technology areas and others. She also has experience preparing patentability and prior art search analysis opinions across a diverse range of technical fields. In addition to her patent prosecution background, Alyssa also has experience with trademark searching and prosecution of domestic and foreign trademark application.

Her experience further includes counseling clients on a variety of technology and IP transactions, including licensing agreements, software agreements, website development, design, and hosting agreements, and other marketing and services agreements.
