Marina Tolmatshova is a partner and co-chair of the banking&finance practice group at COBALT Estonia.

Marina has over 13 years of legal experience in Banking & Finance, M&A, capital markets and financial restructuring field, and she is especially recognized in financing and M&A transactions and restructuring field. During her practice as an attorney Marina has successfully advised some of the most significant financing, M&A and capital market transactions in the region (both Estonian and cross-border) and has earned an excellent reputation of being one of the top specialists in the field.
