Dr. Zoltan Balazs Kovacs primarily focuses on data protection and employment law. Zoltan supports various local and foreign companies regarding employment agreements as well as data protection issues, including data processing at work, whistle-blowing schemes, compliance with the GDPR and various sector-specific laws. He is regularly involved in drawing up data privacy policies for employers and the assessment and management of data breaches in clients' workplaces.
