Dr. Zoltan Balazs Kovacs is a Hungarian attorney admitted to the Budapest Bar Association. He received his JD, summa cum laude, from the Eotvos Lorand Faculty of State and Legal Sciences in 2000. He continued his studies at the Institute of Comparative Law at McGill University in Montreal and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Labour Standards in 2002. Dr. Kovacs was an associate at Martonyi es Kajtar Baker & McKenzie Attorneys-at-Law between 2002 and 2004. He practiced at his own office before associating with the Firm in 2006. Dr. Kovacs currently specializes in corporate and commercial law, M&A, insolvency and labour law as well as data protection law.
