Ayah is an Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Team based in our Manchester office.

Ayah advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her cross sector experience includes advising high profile clients on the protection, exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights whilst providing effective and pragmatic solutions. She has experience acting for clients across a broad range of IP rights, with a particular emphasis on soft IP – copyright, designs, trade marks and trade secrets, as well as areas of defamation and reputation management.

Having trained at Bird & Bird, Ayah joined as an Intellectual Property Associate in 2022. Prior to this, Ayah graduated with LLB Honours from the University of Nottingham before achieving a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course.
