Ben Glicklich assists clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate structure, formation, and reorganization; securities offerings; financing transactions; mergers and acquisitions; and private equity transactions. His experience includes assisting public companies with offerings and reporting compliance under applicable securities laws, forming complex entity structures, drafting transactional documents, and developing creative solutions to meet his client’s needs.
Ben received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif, served as executive authorities editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, received a Law and Business Certificate, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. Ben also has a B.B.A. (cum laude) in Finance from the University of Miami.
