Beryl Billings is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. She assists clients in a variety of corporate matters, including business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and company governance, and general corporate matters.

In addition, her experience includes assisting financial services companies with a variety of legal and regulatory compliance-related matters, ensuring their operations are in compliance with applicable federal and state consumer financial laws and government agency guidelines.
