Beth’s practice focuses on representing owners, developers and financial institutions in various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance and development, due diligence, leasing, and corporate formations. Her experience includes various asset types, such as hotels, multi-family apartment buildings, and high-end single-family residences.

Prior to joining the firm’s capital finance and real estate team, Beth was an associate in the firm’s retail and consumer products litigation and financial services litigation teams, where she worked on complex commercial litigation cases.
