Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. San practiced law at a reputable law firm in Beijing.
Ms. San specializes in commercial arbitration and litigation and has solid legal writing and communication skills. She has advised both domestic and foreign clients on a variety of complex and challenging commercial disputes before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and different levels of domestic courts.
Ms. San has been acting for diverse clients covering a variety of areas, including corporate governance, international trade, Sino-foreign joint ventures, construction, real estate, corporate restructuring and liquidation. She also has extensive experience in coordinating complex cross-border disputes and advising companies on labor and employment issues.

Ms. San obtained her LL.M. degree from University of California, Berkeley in 2012. Prior to that, she graduated from Peking University in 2011 with an LL.B. degree and a bachelor's degree in Economics.
