Brandon Demyan is an attorney in the Economic Development Practice Group. Brandon assists business clients in all phases of site selection – from labor and logistics analysis to environmental and permitting review – and any other issue that comes up in the process. He also represents clients in general corporate and tax matters.

Prior to joining Bradley, Brandon served as policy director and general counsel for Sen. Del Marsh in the Office of the Alabama Senate President Pro Tempore, where he developed short-term and long-range policies, bills, and amendments related to infrastructure, tax, education, budget reform and economic development. While in that position Brandon played a key role in developing and shepherding the Rebuild Alabama Act to final passage. He has extensive experience in working with the Alabama legislative and executive branches, as well as local governments and private partners.
