Profile

I have broad knowledge of the technical aspects of the law. I enjoy applying this knowledge to deliver strategic outcomes for my clients. In the disputes space I provide advice on the prevention, management and formal resolution of disputes. This includes mediation, adjudication, expert determination, arbitration and litigation. I also assist clients with drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts including consultancy agreements, supply agreements, services agreements and various forms of construction contracts. I am sought out by clients for my diverse experience across the full lifecycle of major projects delivery. I deliver commercial and client focused advice. This is aided by my previous in-house experience which provided insight into the commercial context in which advice is sought and used.
