Profile
Carmen Abuín is a senior associate in the Administrative Law, Planning and Zoning practice of the Vigo office, where she has pursued her professional career since 2011.
She provides legal advice in various areas of public law, planning and zoning, such as subsidies and public aid, regulated sectors (particularly energy), environmental matters, mining, coasts, and condemnation proceedings, to both public and private entities, as well as acting as legal counsel in administrative proceedings and judicial review proceedings in general.
Carmen has been a member of the Vigo Bar Association since 2011.
Education
Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law, Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard Law School.
