Caroline Spore is as an associate in the Litigation and Appellate practice groups. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation and appellate issues in state and federal court and encompasses a diverse array of legal issues, including contract disputes, trade secret litigation, and ERISA litigation.
Caroline is dedicated to pro bono work, and in 2019 she argued before the Sixth Circuit on behalf of a habeas petitioner. During law school, she spent a semester working in Washington University’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she assisted clients involved in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. She was recognized as a 2019 Attorney for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Before joining Bradley, Caroline clerked for the Hon. Julia Gibbons of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She graduated (summa cum laude) from Washington University School of Law, where she received a full-tuition Dean’s Fellow scholarship and was senior executive editor of the Washington University Law Review.
