  • Representing clients in all types of employment litigation matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Virginia Employment Commission
  • Providing strategic advice and counseling to companies dealing with labor and employment issues, including employee discipline, training, policies and best practices
  • Conducting workplace investigations and advising employers through all aspects of the investigative and disciplinary process
  • Representing large electricity consumers in matters pending before state regulatory commissions, including matters in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio and Kentucky
