Cathy Moore represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, utilities, purchasers of distressed assets and other clients in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out of court restructurings, and bankruptcy asset sales and purchases. Her clients operate in the energy, construction, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. She has significant experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, including bankruptcy-related litigation involving preferences, fraudulent transfers, and claims objections.
