• Advised a group of top tier contractors in relation to the design and construction of a significant commercial building in the Perth CBD, including acting for the client in Supreme Court proceedings in WA.
• Advised an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) head contractor in relation to a combined cycle power plant on a major LNG project in Australia, including acting for the client in relation to a multi-billion dollar ICC Arbitration.

• Advised the principal contractor on the construction of a tunnel in Sydney, including a multi-million dollar ACICA Arbitration.
• Advised the EPC contractor on a series of disputes with the owner arising out of the engineering, procurement and construction of onshore works of a major LNG facility in Australia.
• Acted for an international contractor in VIAC arbitration proceedings regarding a urban rail project in South-East Asia.
