Christina is an associate on the structured finance and securitization team. Christina represents financial institutions, issuers, underwriters, lenders, borrowers and other parties in structured finance transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Christina was an associate at another law firm in Charlotte where she focused on the representation of financial institutions in a wide variety of financing matters.
