Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Wang practiced law at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Shanghai.
Ms. Wang has extensive legal practice experience in the areas of real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing and has advised major international and domestic real estate enterprises, investment banks, real estate funds, insurance companies, and others. Ms. Wang provides legal services in connection with equity and asset acquisitions, real estate developments, real estate project financings, leasing operations, and property management matters in China.

Ms. Wang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. She later received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Cornell Law School.
