Claudia is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, where she assists with a variety of complex commercial litigation matters including business, securities, and bankruptcy matters in federal and state court. She has previous experience working on mergers and acquisitions matters.

While in law school, Claudia served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She was also a student attorney for the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall University School of Law, where she represented indigent clients in obtaining asylum status and visas.

Additionally, Claudia was a comments editor for the Seton Hall Law Review.  Her comment, “The Cuban Adjustment Act in the Wake of the United States’ Restored Diplomatic Relations with Cuba,” was selected for publication in the Seton Hall Law Review (Vol. 48).

Prior to attending law school, Claudia served as an intern for a local New Jersey lawyer. She is fluent in Spanish.
