Profile

Cole focuses his practice on litigation and dispute resolution. He has experience in both state and federal courts, including preparation of pleadings, written discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. He also has experience helping clients avoid possible legal conflicts and business issues. Cole also has experience litigating environmental disputes, as well as general commercial and business disputes. His wide-ranging practice has involved cases dealing with catastrophic injuries, children’s products, chemicals, consumer goods, and asbestos and other toxic substances.

Cole is also dedicated to providing pro bono legal services to the Bay Area Community, including representation in domestic violence and unlawful detainer actions.
