Collette is an Associate in our Real Estate Team in Scotland. She advises clients on a broad range of issues which include site acquisitions and disposals for major house builders; affordable housing contracts and transfers for local authorities and housing associations as well as advising her clients on section 75 agreements, compulsory purchase orders, shared equity and shared ownership deals. Collette is also experienced in advising on complex title queries, voluntary registration and boundary disputes. She also assists property investors with single and portfolio purchases and has worked with a number of property developers, dealing with substantial projects including residential sites and student accommodation developments.

Collette also specialises in all aspects of real estate finance advising both lenders and borrowers in relation to a wide range of transactions involving mainstream lenders, financial institutions, challenger banks and alternative sources of finance. She regularly provides scots law advice in relation to a variety of cross border and multi-jurisdictional deals.
