Colonel Abe Morrall is the Director, Air Force Human Resource Management School, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. He ensures Air Force needs are met in providing continuing education for the professional competence of military and civilian human resource and family support center managers.

Before coming to Air University, Colonel Morrall served as Chief, Domestic Response Operations, Air Force National Security Emergency Preparedness Office, Headquarters Air Force Directorate of Homeland Security.
