Senior Partner, head of Bashams Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Areas. Daniels practice focuses on Cross Border Investments, Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Compliance, Health, Foreign Investment, International Transactions, Real Estate, Banking and Finance.

He is President of the Mexican Chapter of Los Amigos de Juan Pablo II, as well as Director of Centro Mexicano de Filantropia (CEMEFI), of Fundacion Medica Sur and Managing Director of the Basham, Ringe y Correa Foundation. He is also former President of Fundacion Barra Mexicana and Member of the Board of the Appleseed Foundation.

He has been a lecturer in different forums, including the International Bar Association at events related to Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investment in Mexico and Pro-Bono Work.
