Profile

Daniel is an accomplished project finance lawyer advising consortia, financiers and government agencies on capital structures and finance for delivery of major Australian infrastructure PPP projects. He has leading experience on major property precinct complex property projects, including equity and debt structuring and managing the capital requirements of projects. Rated as one of Australia's leading banking and finance lawyers, Daniel advises financiers and sponsors on:

  • public-private partnerships, infrastructure, mining and property construction projects including commercial office precinct and mixed use developments and other major projects
  • corporate/REIT syndicated finance, acquisition finance and debt capital market transactions
  • complex debt reconstructions.
