Profile
David Adu-Tutu is a Partner at ENS Ghana in the Commercial Dispute Resolution practice.
He specialises in high net-worth, complex corporate and commercial dispute resolution, international and domestic arbitration, high stakes negotiated settlements, corporate insolvency and restructuring, shipping and maritime law, and anti-bribery & corruption investigations as well as employment law.
He has acted for clients in a number of industries, including the food and beverage, broadcasting, and mining equipment industries, as well as for development finance companies.
David’s experience includes advising clients on arbitration proceedings, as well as on matters concerning breach of contract and land title disputes.
David was a Guest Lecturer, 2023 & 2024, University of Ghana, LLM/MA Corporate & Commercial Law (Litigation in Dispute Resolution) and (Commercial Negotiation & Mediation)
