A leading practitioner in the fields of commercial and business law, Mr. Eramian represents corporations in mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions. He also advises clients regarding franchise agreements and the Charter of the French Language

Mr. Eramian advises a wide range of clients in the negotiation and drafting of various commercial contracts such as distribution contracts, franchise agreements, supply contracts, purchase and sales agreements, licensing agreements, commercial leases, as well as partnership and shareholder agreements.

With in-depth expertise in intellectual property law, Mr. Eramian advises companies on matters related to trademarks, copyright, patents, information technology, and licensing. He has carried out numerous mandates involving the protection of intellectual property and third-party infringement.

Over the years, Mr. Eramian has developed extensive experience in the many aspects of business law and has worked on a variety of mandates involving the international and domestic distribution of products, consumer protection, advertising, franchising, contests, intellectual property rights, and business law.
