David Pratt understands that time kills deals, so he promptly responds to the demands of each transaction. His approach is to focus on key issues, respond quickly and treat others with a high level of professionalism. 

David represents developers and operators in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including entity formation, land use planning, purchase and sale, construction, and lending matters. He also represents landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial development and leasing transactions. He represents banks and other financial institutions in loan originations, workout, foreclosure, and litigation of loan transactions.

David brings a pragmatic approach to legal advice because of his personal business experience. He was previously licensed as a broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission and has been involved in various real estate transactions as an investor.

David has practiced law in Dallas for over 25 years. He has walked with clients through both booms and busts in the business cycle, and each experience has made him better prepared to handle the next challenge and achieve his ultimate goal – the success of his clients.
