Debra Topping is an Advanced Certified Paralegal with more than 40 years of legal experience, focusing on commercial foreclosure matters. She has prepared for and attended trials at both federal and state court levels and assisted with all aspects of preparing a case for trial, from the initial factual investigation through trial. Debra also provides assistance with:

Debra manages all aspects of a large litigation caseload, including intake of matters; preparing initial drafts of pleadings, discovery requests and responses; and preparing for mediations, hearings and trials.
