Profile

Elisabeth started her career in 2006 at Tiberghien. After 4 years of experience in a different work environment, she re-joined the Tiberghien office at the beginning of 2020.

As a member of the civil law team, she works very closely with her tax adviser colleagues in search of optimal civil and tax solutions.

Elisabeth has built up thorough technical expertise and extensive experience in the fields of estate and succession planning, gift and inheritance tax, family (patrimonial) law and private international law. In doing so, she often deals with issues that have both a national and an international context. She transforms the personal concerns of private individuals and families into technically strong, civil law advice and drafts the necessary legal documentation.

Elisabeth regularly publishes on various aspects of estate planning.
