Profile
Elsa is a senior counsel in the Corporate M&A and Private Equity practices. She has more than 25 years’ experience in these areas and she focuses on setting up project finance deals for road and rail infrastructures. In recent years, she has worked on the most important privatisation and acquisition operations in the road concessions, aviation and energy sectors.
Elsa advises corporate clients, including infrastructure concessionaires and aviation companies.
She has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in corporate finance at the same faculty.
Elsa was a trainee and began her career as a lawyer at PLMJ between 1990 and 1995. She then returned to the firm in 2016 after working at the law firms of J. Henriques da Silva e Associados and Cuatrecasas.
