Emily is an associate who focuses on corporate law. She is familiar with conducting research and drafting memoranda involving estate litigation matters, as well as drafting estate planning documents for clients, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Emily received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review.
