Emma is a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths' Tax & Incentives team.
She specialises in advising public and private companies on all aspects of their employee incentive arrangements, including share options, share ownership, cash-based plans and employee benefits trusts.
Emma has advised extensively on employee share plans in the context of corporate transactions and she also advises on all areas of employment tax, including the taxation of internationally mobile employees, employee benefits and termination payments.
