Emma advises and assists domestic and multinational corporations on all aspects of individual employment law (including cross border situations), employment contracts, employment termination (including protected employees), employee compensation and benefits as well as non-compete and restrictive covenants.

She also focuses on several aspects of collective employment law, including being involved in large restructuring projects, such as collective lay offs, closures, the transfer of undertakings, the employment aspects of mergers & acquisitions and outsourcing, and the related drafting process of collective bargaining agreements.

In addition, she assists clients with audits or investigations by the labour inspectorates.

Emma represents clients in legal proceedings before the Belgian Employment Courts and Employment Appeal Courts.
