Eric Halpern is a litigation associate who handles complex commercial litigation matters. With a background in business finance, Eric has broad experience with high-stakes litigation representing corporate clients and individuals on both the plaintiff and defense sides. His practice is primarily focused on business litigation matters, including business divorces and allegations of breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. Eric is experienced in all stages of discovery and motion practice, has been a successful oral advocate in Texas state court, and has negotiated numerous settlements with favorable terms for his clients.
