Ethan Kerstein is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Ethan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation representing clients in the financial services, manufacturing, and real estate industries, among others.

While earning his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, Ethan served as an articles editor for the Texas Law Review and as a teaching assistant in the school’s first-year writing program. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Jennifer Walker Elrod of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
