Paralegal

Fannie Lapointe-Dupré is a paralegal in the Business Law group of the Sherbrooke office.

Fannie assists lawyers and notaries in the preparation of legal documents necessary for business transactions. In particular, she helps them with the incorporation, registration and dissolution of companies. She also assists in updating corporate records and implements the requisite procedures for corporate reorganizations.
