Francesco Selogna specialises in M&A and capital markets. He has also acquired considerable experience in the field of leverage buyouts, private equity and corporate and debt restructuring. He then developed specific experience in extraordinary transactions of financial institutions, assisting banks and financial intermediaries, in particular, in mergers, demergers, capital increases, the sale of bank branches and branches.

Before joining our firm, he was a partner in a leading Italian law firm, having previously served as a visiting lawyer in the London office of Slaughter & May, where he qualified as a solicitor in the UK (England and Wales).

He graduated in Law from the University of Trento.

He is a member of the Italian Bar and is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

He speaks Italian and English.
