Senior Notary

Francis Lavigne is a member of the Business Law group and practices mainly in corporate law and commercial financing.

Francis has been on the roll of the Order since 2010 and is mainly involved in corporate start-ups, reorganizations, sales, mergers and financing. His practice also includes setting up trusts and real estate law.

He completed a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master?s in Notarial Law at Université de Sherbrooke.

Francis practiced as a notary in various private offices offering province-wide services before joining the Sherbrooke team in the winter of 2021.
